A new law came into effect the 22nd of September 2017 (published in the edition of Belgisch Staatsblad/Moniteur Belge of 12/09/2017), which modifies the law on electronic communication of 13/06/2015.

A new Article 116/1 is inserted stating that any third party using a toll number is required to publish following information via the central register.
